Dr. Jenny Adams has spent more than a decade developing innovative approaches to the analysis and interpretation of ground stone tools. Her recent book presents specific analysis techniques, artifact type descriptions, and methods for understanding how grinding technology developed along with changes in prehistoric food processing and cuisine.
Dr. Adams is available to conduct analyses on a project
